Please make sure you fully read what you sign at the meeting. I can not be there so I requested the voting form. The form I received was the consent form, which I took to mean voting form. Nope it just says I agree which I do not.
“The undersigned Owner(s) is/are the record owner(s) and holder(s) of title in fee simple to a Lot within the Talahi Lake Community, at the addressed described below, and hereby consents to and approves the Amended and Restated Declaration of Restrictive Covenants for Talahi Lake Estates and the Amended and Restated Bylaws of Talahi Lake Property Owners Association, Inc.”
I am now waiting for a form that says NO.
Based on the information provided on the consent form; I expect that any property owner that does not turn in a notarized consent will be counted as a “NO” vote. If that isn’t correct…. Please, someone correct me.

The form that I sent will not work for our purposes and I have received permission to correct it. It will have choices on this new form. Please accept my apology for sending a form that did not work for both voting options.
