Why? Can someone please explain why these changes are being proposed? I live here because we do not have an HOA. I’ve heard nothing but horror stories from friends that live in HOA’s.
So is the HOA board going to go around to all the homes and enforce all the violations that are everywhere? My neighbor has vinyl siding, are they going to be forced to remove it? All the covered docks going to have to remove the roofs? I also see many fences that are in violation. What about all that vacation rental rentals that are currently on the lake? Are they going to have to close?
So many questions….
