Dear Lake Property Owners,
Thank you all who were in attendance at our meeting last night about our Lake and the proposed POA.
We had some great discussion. We heard a presentation from Brendan Hunter, Legal Counsel about the POA and about the relationship between the POA and Scarborough Cove.
Our next voting opportunity is Tuesday, January 20. This is not a meeting, just a time and place to cast your vote. We will be at the Talahi Island Community Center from 5 until 7pm. We need all the people who are on your property deed to attend. Please bring a photo id. We will have a notary and a witness present.
If that is not convenient for you, you may complete the form and have it notarized on your own. Just bring the completed form to a board member.
