Hello All,

As mentioned last night in the Annual Meeting, I have been asked to find candidates for the Board of Trustees.  I have been on the Board for the past seven years.  In general, it is not a time consuming commitment.  I’ve served on multiple Boards and this one is the most low key.  We meet at least 4 times per year depending on the issues were are managing on your behalf.  This year has been more active due to the items presented last night.  Once we get these resolved, I hope we get back to just focusing on the fun stuff.  We prefer to have representation from both Scarborough Cove and Talahi Lake Estates (Suncrest).
