It was a TV show called The Girl from Plainville. It will be on Hulu and the are filming all over the island from now until December.
Oh and it was just an overnight filming of a Halloween Party scene.
That’s why they had spider webs around the front door. What fun to have it done in the neighborhood.
It was at my house and it was a fun experience. The people were super kind, gracious and fun to be around.
Can I ask how you were picked to host the filming? Did they want the lake in their too or was it just inside the house shots? A Halloween theme adds to the fun!
Funny how they chose our house. They said they were looking for a house that didn’t look like a southern house. Also looking for a place big enough to have a party scene. When they looked at google earth we must have had a lot of people here because they said it looked like we were having a party.
They did not want the lake….just out front, coming in and the back porch for a party scene.
They were super nice and it was a great experience. I enjoyed doing it. Nice people.
